I accept Paypal payments, as well as credit/debit card payments via Paypal. All payments go via Paypal’s secure site. Triple check that delivery address is 100% correct when making payment. Ensure post town and postcode is accurate. Mistakes may cause delay, return or loss of your order, and I take no responsibility where this is the case. After payment has been made, I am unable to change delivery address, cancel orders or combine postage. Your order is likely to be packed and sent by the time I read any such requests. |

To avoid live plants being held at delivery offices, it's advisable to ensure someone is in attendance to receive the delivery. In case of failed delivery, please endeavour to collect the parcel as soon as possible.
Orders are usually sent within 24 hours, and delivery typically takes about 2 working days (first class) or 4 working days (second class). Your order may take longer. Please be patient, I cannot speed up your order once sent, however it is in transit and should arrive soon. The postal service states that 2 working days more than the above timescales is still considered "on time". If you choose first or second class, please note that orders are not scanned until delivery. For full online tracking, you must pay for Special Delivery (these orders are guaranteed to arrive next working day for mainland Great Britain and Northern Ireland). |
